Blush Medspa & Laser is always buzzing, so appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.
A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party. Your credit card number will be securely kept in your history file.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your treatment, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next patient’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
You can trust Blush Medspa & Laser with your care and complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of your treatments and services. We are HIPPA compliant.
As a courtesy to our clients, we will send you a text message reminder 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose not to provide us with your cell phone number, we are unable to offer you a reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.
Our best reward is your referrals of friends and family. Gratuities or Tipping are, therefore, left to your discretion. If you would like to show your appreciation to your aesthetic service specialist, you may leave them a monetary tip by cash, check or credit card. All gratuities may be paid directly to the clinician in cash or added at the end of a credit card sale. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 18%–20%.
Blush Medspa welcomes guests of all ages; however, services require parental release before the service can be rendered on those under the age of 18. Well-behaved children are welcome at Blush Medspa & Laser. However, if you think your child will disrupt the experience for you or for the other clients, PLEASE make arrangements in advance so that they will NOT be with you.

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Blush MedSpa & Laser. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:
Notification given at least 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment will receive no charges. No-Shows or notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee amounting to: For a cancellation the day of service you will be responsible for a fee of $25. No shows will be charged $50.

Services: Should you purchase a series of services and you feel as if this wasn’t the best option for you, we will put the balance on your account as a credit to be used for any other service or products. We do not offer refunds for services.
Products: Should you have an allergic reaction, we will ask that you bring in the container and let us assist you with the reaction. Sometimes reactions require an anti-inflammatory which we will prescribe for you and sometimes it’s simply your skin requiring time to adjust to a new product such as tretinoin or hydroquinone. Either way, we will assist you with this and credit your account accordingly. We do not offer refunds for Medical-Grade products.
Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be used for specified services, packages, in dollar amounts beginning at $50 and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. If you are a recipient of a donated or auctioned Gift Card, please give our receptionist the certificate number and amount to book your appointment. Donation certificates are non-transferable, and expiration dates may not be changed or extended. Except for donation cards, gift cards are redeemable for any service or retail product.
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the best service we can. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
